Randy Hildebrandt Transformation Through Working With USHEALTH Advisors.

As a young person, Randy never thought that he would work in an insurance company, not even in his wildest dreams. He had always dreamt of having a great life, and no room for giving, gratitude care or work. All he cared for was the baseball career he wanted to pursue and become king just like his idol, Nolan Ryan. Ryan had left a great legacy in Basketball in Texas.

Randy put much effort into the sport while at Anderson Shiro High school and he was doing very well. However, in his last year in high school, Randy twisted his shoulder and had to have an operation. Though it was successful, the shoulder couldn’t afford to be strained. This marked the end of his baseball dream and career.

On graduating, Randy wanted to get started and though he didn’t know where he dropped his CV to some websites. Lucky enough, he received a response call from a lady called Connie offering her an opportunity for selling insurance. This is not what he wished to do and though he turned it down, Connie insisted. The job was in Rock Round, Texas, quite far.

Being the only one available and qualified for the interview, Randy finally got the job. For six months he never understood anything about his job. At the glimpse of giving up, he decided to try to learn what the rest were doing. He asked one of them to mentor him. AS per his new mentor, this was to be a year’s journey of learning and Randy was keen to do it. He learned that it was more of helping than marketing.

In 2012, after walking under Kelvin Ferrell leadership and having a close talk with Troy McQuagge, Randy became part of USHEALTH group Advisors. Today he is a Satellite Division leader, and his work is remarkable.

It’s after meeting Troy, the CEO, that Randy understood what passion and care meant, and was challenged to do the same. Troy has an affinity for helping people and through the USHEALTH group Advisors HOPE mission, the company has been able to reach out to the community.

Today Randy is a happy, dedicated father and a husband. His golden rule is to better the lives of every person in every way no matter how small.
